Since the beginning of the year, CNOOC Tianjin Branch has always adhered to the principle of "scientific and realistic drilling of more wells and pursuit of excellence in drilling wells", adhering to the principle of giving priority to high-yield wells, deepening the concept of fewer wells, high reserves and high production, vigorously promoting the smooth commissioning of key projects, and at the same time accelerating the implementation of a Approval of short-term and fast-moving projects achieved an overall speed increase of 13.9% in the first month.

In the waters of Liaodong Bay, 8 drilling platforms and 2 modular drilling rigs roared into the ground. Among them, the Suizhong 36-1/Lvda 5-2 oil field secondary adjustment project has been put into production not long ago. This project is the largest secondary development and adjustment project at sea in China, and anti-collision construction is extremely difficult. During the project advancement, the Bohai Oilfield successfully solved development bottlenecks such as high recovery, high water content, and high collision risk, and successfully put 24 wells into production, which was completed one month ahead of schedule. The actual production reached 152% of the allocated production. At the same time, around the Luda 5-2 North Oilfield Phase II, Jinzhou 23-2, and Jinxian 1-1-2D well areas, the Bohai Oilfield coordinated the planning and implementation of drilling and completion operations for three major heavy oil development projects. A large number of wells were completed before the Spring Festival. Drilling to ensure the realization of this year’s heavy oil production target.

In the eastern Bohai Sea, with the passing of the pressure test of the production tree of Well L23 in the Penglai 25-6 Oilfield, the drilling and completion operations of the entire development project of the WHPL platform in the Penglai 25-6 Oilfield came to an end. The actual construction period of the project was shortened by 246 days compared with the design period, and the speed was increased by nearly 22%. At the same time, Well G53H1 on Platform G of the oilfield overcame the influence of abnormal overpressure and completed drilling construction and reservoir protection tasks with high quality and safety. After being put into production, the actual production reached 259% of the allocated production.

Drilling more wells, drilling wells, and drilling high-yield wells - under current conditions, this is an effective way to achieve "increased reserves" in the Bohai Oilfield. The Bohai Oilfield exploration well project has made every effort to promote the "addition" of reserves. Currently, eight exploration wells have reached their peak operation. Among them, Well 3 of the Bozhong 8-3 South Oilfield is one of the key exploration wells to evaluate and explore the oil and gas properties and reserve scale of the Bozhong 8-3 South Mesozoic volcanic rock buried hill. The construction of the lower well section is difficult. The Engineering Technology Operation Center of CNOOC Tianjin Branch improved the management of the well, strengthened on-site management capabilities, selected construction personnel, and conducted comprehensive real-time data simulation to provide 24-hour guidance on on-site construction, effectively ensuring operational safety.
